Vera Hall
My first album of solo harmonica pieces was named for Vera Hall. I heard her a cappella
singing when I was first learning to play the harmonica. It helped me think of the harmonica as
a voice. Encouraged by my great friend Gerard Rohlf, I recorded these pieces in 1991 and 1995 with the help of Harold Walls and T.J. Wilkins.

Bus Window was recorded between 2006 - 2008. The eight piano/harmonica pieces were inspired by bus and train travel through the U.S. South West. Recorded by Norman Johnson
